1Spray non stick skillet with vegtable spray and warm
2chop onions and peppers very tiny
3mix milk and eggs and whip with whisk till belended well
4dice tomates and ribeye in cubes (Small)
5Pour egg mixture into warm skillet, add ribeye,tomatoes, onions, drained mushrooms to one side of omlet salt and pepper lightly
6Put heat on low and cover omlet. let cook until almost dry uncover and sprinkle cheese across side of omlet with meat. Using a spatula fold omlet over and cover one additional minute. Remove cover and cut in half.
7Use what you like sometimes I put fresh baby spinich in omlet as well.
