Ingredients

smallleft over rare ribeye
-
·diced tomatoes

·1/8 onion diced tiny
-
·1/8 bell pepper or anahiem chili pepper diced tiny
-
·4 large eggs
-
·1/8 cup milk
-
smallcan mushrooms
-
·colby jack cheese finley shedded
-
·non stick vegtable spray
How to Make Ribeye omlet
- Spray non stick skillet with vegtable spray and warm
- chop onions and peppers very tiny
- mix milk and eggs and whip with whisk till belended well
- dice tomates and ribeye in cubes (Small)
- Pour egg mixture into warm skillet, add ribeye,tomatoes, onions, drained mushrooms to one side of omlet salt and pepper lightly
- Put heat on low and cover omlet. let cook until almost dry uncover and sprinkle cheese across side of omlet with meat. Using a spatula fold omlet over and cover one additional minute. Remove cover and cut in half.
- Use what you like sometimes I put fresh baby spinich in omlet as well.
