1/8 bell pepper or anahiem chili pepper diced tiny
4 large eggs
1/8 cup milk
colby jack cheese finley shedded
non stick vegtable spray
How To Make ribeye omlet
Spray non stick skillet with vegtable spray and warm
chop onions and peppers very tiny
mix milk and eggs and whip with whisk till belended well
dice tomates and ribeye in cubes (Small)
Pour egg mixture into warm skillet, add ribeye,tomatoes, onions, drained mushrooms to one side of omlet salt and pepper lightly
Put heat on low and cover omlet. let cook until almost dry uncover and sprinkle cheese across side of omlet with meat. Using a spatula fold omlet over and cover one additional minute. Remove cover and cut in half.
Use what you like sometimes I put fresh baby spinich in omlet as well.
