My boyfriend loves it when I use left over ribeye for his omlet..He makes sure to leave a little ribeye each time we have it.

  • small
    left over rare ribeye
  • ·
    diced tomatoes
  • ·
    1/8 onion diced tiny
  • ·
    1/8 bell pepper or anahiem chili pepper diced tiny
  • ·
    4 large eggs
  • ·
    1/8 cup milk
  • small
    can mushrooms
  • ·
    colby jack cheese finley shedded
  • ·
    non stick vegtable spray

How to Make Ribeye omlet


  1. Spray non stick skillet with vegtable spray and warm
  2. chop onions and peppers very tiny
  3. mix milk and eggs and whip with whisk till belended well
  4. dice tomates and ribeye in cubes (Small)
  5. Pour egg mixture into warm skillet, add ribeye,tomatoes, onions, drained mushrooms to one side of omlet salt and pepper lightly
  6. Put heat on low and cover omlet. let cook until almost dry uncover and sprinkle cheese across side of omlet with meat. Using a spatula fold omlet over and cover one additional minute. Remove cover and cut in half.
  7. Use what you like sometimes I put fresh baby spinich in omlet as well.
