My boyfriend loves it when I use left over ribeye for his omlet..He makes sure to leave a little ribeye each time we have it.

left over rare ribeye
diced tomatoes
1/8 onion diced tiny
1/8 bell pepper or anahiem chili pepper diced tiny
4 large eggs
1/8 cup milk
can mushrooms
colby jack cheese finley shedded
non stick vegtable spray

How to Make Ribeye omlet


  • 1Spray non stick skillet with vegtable spray and warm
  • 2chop onions and peppers very tiny
  • 3mix milk and eggs and whip with whisk till belended well
  • 4dice tomates and ribeye in cubes (Small)
  • 5Pour egg mixture into warm skillet, add ribeye,tomatoes, onions, drained mushrooms to one side of omlet salt and pepper lightly
  • 6Put heat on low and cover omlet. let cook until almost dry uncover and sprinkle cheese across side of omlet with meat. Using a spatula fold omlet over and cover one additional minute. Remove cover and cut in half.
  • 7Use what you like sometimes I put fresh baby spinich in omlet as well.
