I make them for my family as a quick breakfast, lunch and supper. They are easy and freeze very well. I always make extra and freeze them for later. You can add different things. I make them with pizza sauce, cheese,Pepperoni. sometimes I will do taco meat, cheese and salsa. They are homemade hot pockets, just better for you and cheaper.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage -hot, mild, it doesnt matter just what you have the taste for
  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • 1 pound of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 - eggs

How To Make quick pockets

  • Step 1
    brown your sausage and drain off all the extra grease
  • Step 2
    take the cheese and eggs and mixed them together
  • Step 3
    add the sausage to the mix
  • Step 4
    stir together very well
  • Step 5
    take the crescent roll and take them apart
  • Step 6
    roll out each of the crescent roll flat and add the mixture on it
  • Step 7
    fold the crescent roll over the mixture... make sure the mixture is covered by the roll,, no mixture is showing
  • Step 8
    repeat until you have all the rolls done
  • Step 9
    place on a none stick baking sheet. brush with butter if you like and bake at 350 until the crescent roll is golden brown
  • Step 10
    serve while hot or you can reheat as you want them. they freeze very easy and when you like to use them just heat and enjoy again
