  • 15 large
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon crisp
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 pkg
    frozen chop spinach
  • 1/2 c
    diced tomato
  • 1/4 c
    onions optional
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    herb seasoning

How to Make Quiche Mediteranne


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Cook bacon until crisp. Sauter chop spinach, mushrooms,and tomatoes if you use canned.
  4. Layer vegetables in the bottom of the pan. Pour in eggs and seasonings and cheese.
  5. Pour into pie pands
  6. Bake about 30 and add time until quiche is set in the middle. Yeilds two quiches
