Ingredients
- 1 slice brioche bread
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- salt and pepper
- a drizzle of honey
How To Make pesto avocado toast with fried egg

Step 1Toast the bread then spread the ricotta over the top. Smash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Spread over the ricotta

Step 2In a frying pan add the olive oil. Stir in the pesto and crack the egg into the pan and cook until the egg is doen but the yolk is still runny.

Step 3Place the egg on top of the toast and drizzle with a little honey.
