perfectly perfect scramble eggs
The other night I was watching one of my favorite show "Barefoot Contessa". She showed how she makes her scramble eggs. I have made scramble eggs before but I thought I would give hers a try. I was glad I did. Normally when I make mine they kind of come out a little tough. But this time they came out soft & creamy. Gonna be making this again.

Ingredients
- 5 - eggs, beaten well
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 tablespoon butter, room temperature
How To Make perfectly perfect scramble eggs

Step 1frist per heat a frying pan over meduim heat. Beat all the eggs well & then add in the salt & pepper. Mix to combine the spices.

Step 2Then add in the oil & butter to heat. Once butter has melted lower the heat & pour in the eggs. Mix the eggs until comes to s soft creamy scramble. Remember to mix all the way thru cooking.

Step 3Note: If you cook eggs on high heat, the eggs will come tough. Low heat makes soft creamy eggs.
