perfect peel farm fresh eggs
SO many people have complained to me about how fresh eggs do not peel easily when hard boiled. I have a foolproof method that makes that problem obsolete! I am always asked to make devilled eggs for get togethers and use my eggs right from the nest to make them. Just follow my method and you will never have to go to "plan B."

Step 3Carefully lower the eggs into the water one by one with a large spoon, so as not to disturb the boiling.
-

-
Step 5Pour out water and fill pan of eggs with cold water 2 times.
-
