Ingredients
- 8 - puff pastry shells
- 8 - eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 8 slices bacon,diced
- 1 - green pepper,finely diced
- 2 - green onions,minced
- 1 cup grated havarti cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix the eggs with the cream. Fry bacon,add the green pepper and saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.

Step 3Add the eggs and green onions;stir until cooked. Remove from heat.

Step 4Stir in the cheese. Fill each shell with the egg filling.

Step 5Serve at once.
