Ingredients

  • 8 - puff pastry shells
  • 8 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 slices bacon,diced
  • 1 - green pepper,finely diced
  • 2 - green onions,minced
  • 1 cup grated havarti cheese

How To Make pastry egg breakfast

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400.
  • Step 2
    Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix the eggs with the cream. Fry bacon,add the green pepper and saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.
  • Step 3
    Add the eggs and green onions;stir until cooked. Remove from heat.
  • Step 4
    Stir in the cheese. Fill each shell with the egg filling.
  • Step 5
    Serve at once.
