How to Make Pastry Egg Breakfast
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix the eggs with the cream. Fry bacon,add the green pepper and saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.
- Add the eggs and green onions;stir until cooked.
Remove from heat.
- Stir in the cheese. Fill each shell with the egg filling.
- Serve at once.
