Got this recipe from a friend years ago! Fantastic breakfast!

Ingredients

  • MIX TOGETHER:
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • BEAT INTO BOWL:
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • BEFORE ADDING TO PAN/CASSEROLE DISH:
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter

How To Make pannukaka

  • Step 1
    Melt 2 TBSP margarine in OVEN-SAFE skillet or 8" X 8" casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Pour batter into pan.
  • Step 3
    Place oven on 400 degrees F Preheat. Place skillet/dish with batter into oven WHILE preheating.
  • Step 4
    Check skillet/dish after 10 minutes. Turn oven down 25 degrees; repeat this step of turning down the oven until the done (golden brown on top).
  • Step 5
    Serve with powdered sugar or syrup. Or whatever topping suits you! My husband likes peanut butter, but I'm certain fruit toppings would be grand, too!
