Ingredients
- MIX TOGETHER:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- BEAT INTO BOWL:
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- BEFORE ADDING TO PAN/CASSEROLE DISH:
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
How To Make pannukaka

Step 1Melt 2 TBSP margarine in OVEN-SAFE skillet or 8" X 8" casserole dish.

Step 2Pour batter into pan.

Step 3Place oven on 400 degrees F Preheat. Place skillet/dish with batter into oven WHILE preheating.

Step 4Check skillet/dish after 10 minutes. Turn oven down 25 degrees; repeat this step of turning down the oven until the done (golden brown on top).

Step 5Serve with powdered sugar or syrup. Or whatever topping suits you! My husband likes peanut butter, but I'm certain fruit toppings would be grand, too!
