How to Make Pannukaka
1Melt 2 TBSP margarine in OVEN-SAFE skillet or 8" X 8" casserole dish.
3Place oven on 400 degrees F Preheat. Place skillet/dish with batter into oven WHILE preheating.
4Check skillet/dish after 10 minutes. Turn oven down 25 degrees; repeat this step of turning down the oven until the done (golden brown on top).
5Serve with powdered sugar or syrup. Or whatever topping suits you! My husband likes peanut butter, but I'm certain fruit toppings would be grand, too!
