Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • MIX TOGETHER:

  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • BEAT INTO BOWL:

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • BEFORE ADDING TO PAN/CASSEROLE DISH:

  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine or butter

How to Make Pannukaka

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt 2 TBSP margarine in OVEN-SAFE skillet or 8" X 8" casserole dish.
  2. Pour batter into pan.
  3. Place oven on 400 degrees F Preheat. Place skillet/dish with batter into oven WHILE preheating.
  4. Check skillet/dish after 10 minutes. Turn oven down 25 degrees; repeat this step of turning down the oven until the done (golden brown on top).
  5. Serve with powdered sugar or syrup. Or whatever topping suits you! My husband likes peanut butter, but I'm certain fruit toppings would be grand, too!
