oven baked omelette
I made this breakfats dish last year for Chistmas morning. It is so easy that I could enjoy the gift-giving without being worried about burning my omlettes. After the holidyas I have found that there are lots of mornings that I have better things to do then cook 4 individual omlettes. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 18 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make oven baked omelette

Step 1Melt the butter in a 13 X 9 glass baking dish.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl beat together the eggs, milk, salt and sour cream.

Step 3Pour the mixture over the butter.

Step 4Stir in the onions and top with cheese.

Step 5Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes or until the eggs are set, but moist.
