How to Make open faced cheesy egg sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. make basic white sauce; melt butter add flour and stir till smooth, add milk stir add cheese stir til smooth and thick. This amount will be enough for 2-3 sandwiches
  2. cook bacon, ham or sausage and set aside. I used leftovers of bacon.
  3. cook eggs anyway you want. While eggs are cooking split english muffin and toast. Butter muffins on each muffin add 1 slice of tomato,1 egg, 1/2 cheese sauce and top with bacon.
  4. I serve open face. If using ham or sausage, place meat ontop of egg then add cheese sauce. This recipe is great to customize to any leftovers you have
