How to Make Omelette Benedict, Ma
- Prepare Hollandaise sauce 1st:
Beat 2 egg yolks and pour slowly liquid butter in until it becomes a little bit thick. Add salt and squeeze lemon.
- Then Omelette:
Beat 3 eggs and add salt. Then pour into hot pan with a little butter, and stir 2 seconds. Then put ham and bread croutons onto eggs and finish off as usual omelette. Put omelette on plate and cover with sauce. Finish under broiler.
