This is a great camping recipe but it is also good whenever you have a crowd for breakfast. Everyone can custom make their own omelet with no work for you.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs per person
- - shredded cheese
- - cooked bacon, ham and/or sausage
- - vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms, black olives, etc
- - quart size ziplock freezer bags
- - waterproof pen
How To Make omelet in a bag

Step 1Each person will write their name on a ziplock bag. Break 2 eggs into each bag and seal. Squish the eggs so that they will scramble. Open bag and add whatever you would like in your omelet. Seal the bag, forcing out as much air as you can.

Step 2Drop bags into a large pot of boiling water and boil for 13 minutes. Remove with tongs, open bag and empty eggs onto a plate.
