Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 medium shallot, diced
- 3 chicken livers, cut into pieces
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- salt and pepper
- 12 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
- micro greens
How To Make omelet chasseur

Step 1Place 2 tbsp butter in a skillet. Add the shallot, chicken livers and mushrooms. Cook about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove a few mushrooms for garnish.

Step 2Beat the eggs with the cream. Add the remaining butter to a pan and make omelets one at a time with the filling. Fold and garnish with micro greens.
