4 slice
1/2 c
ham, diced
1/4 lb
bulk pork sausage
1/4 c
mushrooms, fresh
1/2 c
cheese, shredded
1 pkg
country style gravy
1 c
1 tsp
black pepper

How to Make Northwestern Omelette


  • 1brown sausage in a skillet. Crumble as your cooking it. Remove and set aside.
  • 2Place bacon in skillet. cook completely. crumble once cooked.
  • 3Mix eggs with a whisk. Put in a non-stick skillet.
  • 4Add the following to one side. Cooked Sausage, Bacon, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Reserve some bacon for the topping.
  • 5In a sauce pan prepare the country gravy with the milk. Add the black pepper. Top the omelette with the gravy. Sprinkle bacon on top.
