  • 3 large
  • 4 slice
  • 1/2 c
    ham, diced
  • 1/4 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1/4 c
    mushrooms, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg
    country style gravy
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Northwestern Omelette


  1. brown sausage in a skillet. Crumble as your cooking it. Remove and set aside.
  2. Place bacon in skillet. cook completely. crumble once cooked.
  3. Mix eggs with a whisk. Put in a non-stick skillet.
  4. Add the following to one side. Cooked Sausage, Bacon, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Reserve some bacon for the topping.
  5. In a sauce pan prepare the country gravy with the milk. Add the black pepper. Top the omelette with the gravy. Sprinkle bacon on top.
