Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup ham, diced
  • 1/4 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, fresh
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 package country style gravy
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make northwestern omelette

  • Step 1
    brown sausage in a skillet. Crumble as your cooking it. Remove and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place bacon in skillet. cook completely. crumble once cooked.
  • Step 3
    Mix eggs with a whisk. Put in a non-stick skillet.
  • Step 4
    Add the following to one side. Cooked Sausage, Bacon, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Reserve some bacon for the topping.
  • Step 5
    In a sauce pan prepare the country gravy with the milk. Add the black pepper. Top the omelette with the gravy. Sprinkle bacon on top.
