Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 1/4 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, fresh
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 package country style gravy
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make northwestern omelette

Step 1brown sausage in a skillet. Crumble as your cooking it. Remove and set aside.

Step 2Place bacon in skillet. cook completely. crumble once cooked.

Step 3Mix eggs with a whisk. Put in a non-stick skillet.

Step 4Add the following to one side. Cooked Sausage, Bacon, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Reserve some bacon for the topping.

Step 5In a sauce pan prepare the country gravy with the milk. Add the black pepper. Top the omelette with the gravy. Sprinkle bacon on top.
