- brown sausage in a skillet. Crumble as your cooking it. Remove and set aside.
- Place bacon in skillet. cook completely. crumble once cooked.
- Mix eggs with a whisk. Put in a non-stick skillet.
- Add the following to one side. Cooked Sausage, Bacon, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Reserve some bacon for the topping.
- In a sauce pan prepare the country gravy with the milk. Add the black pepper. Top the omelette with the gravy. Sprinkle bacon on top.
