Ingredients
- 9 - unbaked pie crust
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 3 large eggs
- 8 ounces low fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese
- 1 cup sharp chedder cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make no-fail quiche

Step 1Saute onions in butter. Add spinach, stir for one minute to soften. Line the crust with Swiss cheese. Beat eggs, add sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended. Add to spinach mixture. Pour over Swiss Cheese into crust. BAKE 350 until set and light brown.

Step 2Combination's are endless. I have tried different cheeses, veggies, bacon, ham sausage. Moist and so tasty.
