Im Talking about a very unique/simple breakfast sandwich! Growing up my grandmother took pride in making everyone happy with a full stomach. But this sandwich was made just for my likeing. You see my brother was the one who had the sweet tooth, and I was blessed with the chip and dip gene! So mornings at my grandmas I would get this beautifully created Fried Egg Sandwich with melted smoked chedder bacon infused cheese and the noun I can not live without, PICKLES! All this goodness stacked on top of toasted sourdough thats slathered with ketchup. Instead of oat meal or Lucky Charms, poor brother.
I still indulge in this sammy at least once a week!
Try it out and tell me what you think! :)
