Im Talking about a very unique/simple breakfast sandwich! Growing up my grandmother took pride in making everyone happy with a full stomach. But this sandwich was made just for my likeing. You see my brother was the one who had the sweet tooth, and I was blessed with the chip and dip gene! So mornings at my grandmas I would get this beautifully created Fried Egg Sandwich with melted smoked chedder bacon infused cheese and the noun I can not live without, PICKLES! All this goodness stacked on top of toasted sourdough thats slathered with ketchup. Instead of oat meal or Lucky Charms, poor brother. I still indulge in this sammy at least once a week! Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice smoked cheddar and bacon infused cheese
  • 2 slices sandwich pickles
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

How To Make no buns in my oven fried egg sandwich!

  • Step 1
    Pan fry the egg until over easy, place the cheese over egg in the pan and cover with a lid for about 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Toast your bread and then spread on the ketchup. Layer on your toast,the pickles then egg with cheese. Smoosh together cut in half and dig in.
