Ingredients
- 10 - eggs
- 6 - stripes of bacon, cooked and diced
- 3 cups mild chedder cheese,grated.
- 6 slices bread,cut into cubes.
- 1 cup corn kernels, frozen
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli,fresh
- 1/2 cup button mushrooms,sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped.
- 2 cups milk, whole
- 1 cup ham,cubed
- 1 cup italian pork sausage,cooked
- 1/2 tablespoon each. basil ,thym,and rosemary
How To Make my breakfast casserole

Step 1pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray... In a large mixing bowl,Beat eggs. Mix in the milk and cheese,Add the bread,carfully stir untill all pieces are moist,(do not over mix bread).

Step 2Add all the rest of the ingredients,except bacon.Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish......Bake for 45 min. Remove from oven, top with bacon. Return to oven Bake for 10-15 min....Untill top is brown...Remove let cool 10-15 min..Befor serving...
