mild chedder cheese,grated.
6 slice
bread,cut into cubes.
1 c
corn kernels, frozen
1/2 c
chopped broccoli,fresh
1/2 c
button mushrooms,sliced
1/2 c
green onions chopped.
2 c
milk, whole
1 c
ham,cubed
1 c
italian pork sausage,cooked
1/2 Tbsp
each. basil ,thym,and rosemary

How to Make My Breakfast Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray...

    In a large mixing bowl,Beat eggs. Mix in the milk and cheese,Add the bread,carfully stir untill all pieces are moist,(do not over mix bread).
  • 2Add all the rest of the ingredients,except bacon.Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish......Bake for 45 min. Remove from oven, top with bacon. Return to oven Bake for 10-15 min....Untill top is brown...Remove let cool 10-15 min..Befor serving...
