Ill make this on our church camp outs. It is a must. Never have any left.

Ingredients

  • 10 - eggs
  • 6 - stripes of bacon, cooked and diced
  • 3 cups mild chedder cheese,grated.
  • 6 slices bread,cut into cubes.
  • 1 cup corn kernels, frozen
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli,fresh
  • 1/2 cup button mushrooms,sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped.
  • 2 cups milk, whole
  • 1 cup ham,cubed
  • 1 cup italian pork sausage,cooked
  • 1/2 tablespoon each. basil ,thym,and rosemary

How To Make my breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray... In a large mixing bowl,Beat eggs. Mix in the milk and cheese,Add the bread,carfully stir untill all pieces are moist,(do not over mix bread).
  • Step 2
    Add all the rest of the ingredients,except bacon.Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish......Bake for 45 min. Remove from oven, top with bacon. Return to oven Bake for 10-15 min....Untill top is brown...Remove let cool 10-15 min..Befor serving...
