Ingredients
- 1 package Ramen noodles, discard the seasoning packet.
- 1 large precooked cheese sausage
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stalk scallion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Kewpie mayo
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon Furikake
How To Make murtabak maggie (malaysian ramen omelette)

Step 1Cook the ramen in boiling water according to the instructions. Drain well.

Step 2Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add the sausage to the skillet and brown. Remove the sausage and set aside.

Step 3Add the ramen to the skillet and spread it flat.

Step 4Top with the beaten eggs, cheese, sausage, and green onions. Cover with a lid and cook until the egg is set.

Step 5Fold in half and remove to a plate. Drizzle with the mayo, Sriracha, and Furikake to taste.
