1 pkgRamen noodles, discard the seasoning packet.

1 lgprecooked cheese sausage

2 lgeggs, beaten

1/4 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 stalkscallion, chopped

1 TbspKewpie mayo

1 TbspSriracha sauce

1 TbspFurikake
How To Make murtabak maggie (malaysian ramen omelette)

1Cook the ramen in boiling water according to the instructions. Drain well.

2Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add the sausage to the skillet and brown. Remove the sausage and set aside.

3Add the ramen to the skillet and spread it flat.

4Top with the beaten eggs, cheese, sausage, and green onions. Cover with a lid and cook until the egg is set.

5Fold in half and remove to a plate. Drizzle with the mayo, Sriracha, and Furikake to taste.
