Ingredients

  • 1 package Ramen noodles, discard the seasoning packet.
  • 1 large precooked cheese sausage
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stalk scallion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Furikake

How To Make murtabak maggie (malaysian ramen omelette)

  • Step 1
    Cook the ramen in boiling water according to the instructions. Drain well.
  • Step 2
    Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add the sausage to the skillet and brown. Remove the sausage and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Add the ramen to the skillet and spread it flat.
  • Step 4
    Top with the beaten eggs, cheese, sausage, and green onions. Cover with a lid and cook until the egg is set.
  • Step 5
    Fold in half and remove to a plate. Drizzle with the mayo, Sriracha, and Furikake to taste.
