Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion
  • 2 - allready pie crust
  • 2 cups casserole cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 bag real bacon bits
  • 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1 large diced russet potatoe

How To Make momma cowells quiche

  • Step 1
    mix milk, cream, eggs, salt and pepper to well blended.
  • Step 2
    Fry bacon crispy drain cool then crumble
  • Step 3
    sauté diced onion and diced potatoes in bacon grease, drain and add to eggs along with crumbled bacon and real bacon bits
  • Step 4
    add cheese and mix well. Then pour all into pie crust. Drop chopped tomatoes on top of quiche
  • Step 5
    Bake 375 degrees 40-45 minutes until firm
