    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    cream
  • 2 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    sweet onion
  • 2
    allready pie crust
  • 2 c
    casserole cheese, shredded
  • 8 slice
    bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 bag(s)
    real bacon bits
  • 2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 2 medium
    tomato
  • 1 large
    diced russet potatoe

How to Make Momma Cowells Quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. mix milk, cream, eggs, salt and pepper to well blended.
  2. Fry bacon crispy drain cool then crumble
  3. sauté diced onion and diced potatoes in bacon grease, drain and add to eggs along with crumbled bacon and real bacon bits
  4. add cheese and mix well. Then pour all into pie crust. Drop chopped tomatoes on top of quiche
  5. Bake 375 degrees 40-45 minutes until firm
