Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sweet onion
- 2 - allready pie crust
- 2 cups casserole cheese, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- 1/2 bag real bacon bits
- 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
- 2 medium tomato
- 1 large diced russet potatoe
How To Make momma cowells quiche

Step 1mix milk, cream, eggs, salt and pepper to well blended.

Step 2Fry bacon crispy drain cool then crumble

Step 3sauté diced onion and diced potatoes in bacon grease, drain and add to eggs along with crumbled bacon and real bacon bits

Step 4add cheese and mix well. Then pour all into pie crust. Drop chopped tomatoes on top of quiche

Step 5Bake 375 degrees 40-45 minutes until firm
