How To Make miso butter toad in a hole

1Mix the miso and butter together.

2With a small cup, punch out the middle of the bread in a circle. Butter the edges of the bread with the miso butter mixture. Spray a frying pan and lay the bread in butter side down.

3Crack the eggs into the hole. Season the egg parts with salt and pepper.

4Cook until the white is set on the bottom. Then flip and cook until the white is down on the other side.
