- 2 teaspoons white miso
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
How To Make miso butter toad in a hole

Step 1Mix the miso and butter together.

Step 2With a small cup, punch out the middle of the bread in a circle. Butter the edges of the bread with the miso butter mixture. Spray a frying pan and lay the bread in butter side down.

Step 3Crack the eggs into the hole. Season the egg parts with salt and pepper.

Step 4Cook until the white is set on the bottom. Then flip and cook until the white is down on the other side.
