Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons white miso
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

How To Make miso butter toad in a hole

  • Step 1
    Mix the miso and butter together.
  • Step 2
    With a small cup, punch out the middle of the bread in a circle. Butter the edges of the bread with the miso butter mixture. Spray a frying pan and lay the bread in butter side down.
  • Step 3
    Crack the eggs into the hole. Season the egg parts with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Cook until the white is set on the bottom. Then flip and cook until the white is down on the other side.
