  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    cold water
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How To Make microwave scrambled eggs

    Whisk the eggs and water in a small bowl.

    Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the eggs to the bowl and microwave at 50% power for 20-second increments, stirring with a fork between each increment. Cook just until set.

    Season with salt the pepper to taste.
