meat lovers breakfast burrito
This made a lot of meat filling. The egg/meat mixture made approximately 6 medium sized burritos. The leftover meat mixture I'll make a into a quiche!

Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage (i like bob evans)
- 6 slices canadian bacon, cut into bite sized pieces
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 2 1/2 ounces pepperoni, quartered into bite sized pieces
- 8 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon my seasoning (i use equal amounts garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 large onion, chopped
- - salsa, sour cream, avocado, black olives, taco sauce
- - whole wheat tortillas
How To Make meat lovers breakfast burrito

Step 1To skillet, add sausage, canadian bacon, onions & peppers. Cook together. Once sausage is done, throw in bacon & pepperoni. Let cook until sausage is done and all is heated thoroughly. Add in red pepper flakes & seasoning.

Step 2In another skillet, spray with Pam and scramble eggs with cheese and cook until almost done. Spoon (with a slotted spoon to eliminate some of the grease) as much of the meat mixture as you like into the egg mixture. Once well combined, spoon into tortillas. Top with salsa, avocado, etc. or whatever you enjoy on your burrito! Enjoy!
