Ingredients
- 6 - matzo boards
- 4 - eggs (beaten)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make matzo brei

Step 1Wet matzo boards under warm water and break into 2 inch pieces and put into large bowl.

Step 2Fry onions in vegetable oil in lg. pan until translucent.(will brown while cooking with matzo)

Step 3Add eggs to matzo along with salt and pepper. Put in pan and flatten w/spatula, cook on med heat for 5 min. and flip and cook additional 3 min. and serve.
