- 12 - eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make make ahead scrambled eggs

Step 1Beat eggs with cream in a large bowl.

Step 3Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.

Step 4Pour eggs into skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are scrambled and set.

Step 5Remove pan from heat and stir in sour cream.
