1Saute the shrimp in the butter for 2 minutes. Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon and add the cheese. Toss to mix.Poke the pie shell with a fork. Spoon the shrimp mixture into the pie shell.Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimp. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375 or until set.
Note:I like extra onions in my quiche, so I omit some of the bell peppers and add more onions.
