reading all the comments on the magic crust custard pie made me play around and came up with this from everyones comments, my family and I loved it. I made it in a 12 inch round cake pan, it was thick and fluffy and very tasty.

Ingredients
- 12 - eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ham, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom slices
- 6 - green onions, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup velveta, melted
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup diced jalapeno peppers

Step 1sautee the ham, mushrooms, onions, jalapenos, and peppers and any other vegtable you would like, until tender. set aside.

Step 2in a medium sized bowl beat cream cheese till smooth, add eggs one at a time, beating after each.

Step 3add milk & melted butter, beat well.

Step 4add parmesan and melted velveta,and bisquick, mix well.

Step 5stir in the vegtables. and pour into a buttered or greased large cake pan.

Step 6Bake in preheated oven at 350* for about an hour or until lightly golden browned and set. let cool about 10 minutes before cutting. serve with salsa and biscuits or toast and enjoy 8]

Step 7I think adding some cheddar to this would be great also .
