reading all the comments on the magic crust custard pie made me play around and came up with this from everyones comments, my family and I loved it. I made it in a 12 inch round cake pan, it was thick and fluffy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 12 - eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom slices
  • 6 - green onions, chopped
  • 1 - green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup velveta, melted
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup diced jalapeno peppers

How To Make magic crust cheesie breakfast pie

  • Step 1
    sautee the ham, mushrooms, onions, jalapenos, and peppers and any other vegtable you would like, until tender. set aside.
  • Step 2
    in a medium sized bowl beat cream cheese till smooth, add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
  • Step 3
    add milk & melted butter, beat well.
  • Step 4
    add parmesan and melted velveta,and bisquick, mix well.
  • Step 5
    stir in the vegtables. and pour into a buttered or greased large cake pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake in preheated oven at 350* for about an hour or until lightly golden browned and set. let cool about 10 minutes before cutting. serve with salsa and biscuits or toast and enjoy 8]

    I think adding some cheddar to this would be great also .
