Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- - water
- - salt and pepper
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 - green onion sliced
How To Make low carb egg sandwich

Step 1Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Place two mason jar large mouth rings upside down in pan. Break one egg in each ring. Beat carefully with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Pour enough water around the rings to go 1/4 of the way up the side of rings. Cover pan and let eggs steam until done.

Step 2In another pan cook bacon until crisp and drain on paper towel.

Step 3Once eggs are done top one egg with the cheese and replace lid until cheese melts.

Step 4Place the cheese egg on plate. Top with bacon broken into pieces. Place the other egg on top and garnish with green onions
