Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • - water
  • - salt and pepper
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 - green onion sliced

How To Make low carb egg sandwich

  • Step 1
    Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Place two mason jar large mouth rings upside down in pan. Break one egg in each ring. Beat carefully with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Pour enough water around the rings to go 1/4 of the way up the side of rings. Cover pan and let eggs steam until done.
  • Step 2
    In another pan cook bacon until crisp and drain on paper towel.
  • Step 3
    Once eggs are done top one egg with the cheese and replace lid until cheese melts.
  • Step 4
    Place the cheese egg on plate. Top with bacon broken into pieces. Place the other egg on top and garnish with green onions
