    half and half
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 dash(es)
  • 1 dash(es)

  • 1 c
    cheddar shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Light & Fluffy Scrammbled Eggs


  1. Wisk eggs, half & half, salt, pepper & paprika extremely well. Add sourcream & shredded cheese to mix, wisk in thoroughly.
  2. Take nonstick butter flavored spray pan. Add in table spoon of butter to pan melt & add egg mixture.
  3. cook on medium heat. Use wisk or fork to stir continuesly until eggs are light & fluffy. Add to bowl & ready to serve.
  4. I have also substituted cheddar for mozzarella, asiago or american cheese. Delicious!!!
