Ingredients
- 5-6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 cup cheddar shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make light & fluffy scrammbled eggs

Step 1Wisk eggs, half & half, salt, pepper & paprika extremely well. Add sourcream & shredded cheese to mix, wisk in thoroughly.

Step 2Take nonstick butter flavored spray pan. Add in table spoon of butter to pan melt & add egg mixture.

Step 3cook on medium heat. Use wisk or fork to stir continuesly until eggs are light & fluffy. Add to bowl & ready to serve.

Step 4I have also substituted cheddar for mozzarella, asiago or american cheese. Delicious!!!
