Ingredients

  • 5-6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1 cup cheddar shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How To Make light & fluffy scrammbled eggs

  • Step 1
    Wisk eggs, half & half, salt, pepper & paprika extremely well. Add sourcream & shredded cheese to mix, wisk in thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    Take nonstick butter flavored spray pan. Add in table spoon of butter to pan melt & add egg mixture.
  • Step 3
    cook on medium heat. Use wisk or fork to stir continuesly until eggs are light & fluffy. Add to bowl & ready to serve.
  • Step 4
    I have also substituted cheddar for mozzarella, asiago or american cheese. Delicious!!!
