How to Make Light & Fluffy Scrammbled Eggs
- Wisk eggs, half & half, salt, pepper & paprika extremely well. Add sourcream & shredded cheese to mix, wisk in thoroughly.
- Take nonstick butter flavored spray pan. Add in table spoon of butter to pan melt & add egg mixture.
- cook on medium heat. Use wisk or fork to stir continuesly until eggs are light & fluffy. Add to bowl & ready to serve.
- I have also substituted cheddar for mozzarella, asiago or american cheese. Delicious!!!
