These delicious scrambled eggs were first served to me by a family friend named Joe Halpern about 10 years ago. Everyone who tastes them falls in love!

Ingredients

  • 4 - large eggs
  • 1/2 cup philadelphia cooking creme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make joe's cream-cheesy eggs

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, beat the eggs well; gradually add the cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in medium-sized skillet. Pour in egg mixture. Cook slowly over medium heat, stirring and folding eggs into center of pan.
  • Step 3
    Eggs are done when they look moist but not wet.
  • Step 4
    For variety, use one of the flavored cooking cremes available from Kraft.
