These delicious scrambled eggs were first served to me by a family friend named Joe Halpern about 10 years ago. Everyone who tastes them falls in love!

  • 1/2 c
    philadelphia cooking creme
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make JOE'S CREAM-CHEESY EGGS

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs well; gradually add the cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in medium-sized skillet. Pour in egg mixture. Cook slowly over medium heat, stirring and folding eggs into center of pan.
  3. Eggs are done when they look moist but not wet.
  4. For variety, use one of the flavored cooking cremes available from Kraft.
