These delicious scrambled eggs were first served to me by a family friend named Joe Halpern about 10 years ago. Everyone who tastes them falls in love!

Ingredients
- 4 - large eggs
- 1/2 cup philadelphia cooking creme
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper
How To Make joe's cream-cheesy eggs

Step 1In a medium bowl, beat the eggs well; gradually add the cream cheese, salt and pepper.

Step 2Melt butter in medium-sized skillet. Pour in egg mixture. Cook slowly over medium heat, stirring and folding eggs into center of pan.

Step 3Eggs are done when they look moist but not wet.

Step 4For variety, use one of the flavored cooking cremes available from Kraft.
