Then my father had done something to make my mother mad he would make breakfast for her. This is the only thing I ever saw him make. He called it "Scrambled eggs and waldorf salad". I remember having to eat this combo three times in a row, the summer that my father turned in a retirement slip for my mother without letting her know. She was so mad, I thought she was going to kill him. She found out from her boss when he said congrats and it was approved. Picture is of parents the day I married Karl, Terra and Kalons Dad. And was taken in North Port,Florida where we lived

Ingredients

6-8 - eggs, beaten
1/2 - a head lettuce sliced and diced
3-5 - apples
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
1 or more cup whipped cream

How To Make jack duke's famous breakfast

Step 1

cut lettuce add chopped apples and walnuts. Mix with whipped cream (he used cool whip)

Step 2

Beat eggs and make scrambled eggs and put on plate
Step 3

have ready oj and coffee
