~ If You Please, Smoked Sausage Scramble ~

Cassie *

I love throwing breakfasts together that turn out so good! I used up some veggies that needed to go and got rid of some smoked sausage I stocked up on when on sale. This scramble was loaded with flavor and my family loved it!

How to Make ~ If You Please, Smoked Sausage Scramble ~

  • 1In a large skillet, over medium heat, add oil. To this add onion, garlic and sausage. Saute until sausage is browned.
  • 2To this add tomato, cayenne, peppers, black pepper and water. Simmer until water is mostly gone, but peppers aren't mushy. A little water left won't hurt before adding eggs.
  • 3Lower the heat and add the eggs. Stirring occasionally until cooked but not dry.
  • 4Serve immediately. I garnished with green onion and a sprinkle of Creole seasoning.
