- 4 - eggs
- tablespoon butter
- 100 grams grated cheese
- 1/4 tablespoon chilli powder
- 4 - toast
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1In a deep plate put two tablespoons of water.

Step 2Then carefully break the eggs onto the plate.Lightly cover it with plastic wrap and microwave it on a medium power for 5 minutes or until the whites are set properly.
