How To Make
In a deep plate put two tablespoons of water.
Then carefully break the eggs onto the plate.Lightly cover it with plastic wrap and microwave it on a medium power for 5 minutes or until the whites are set properly.
Pre-heat the grill for 10 minutes at 180 C.
At the same time butter the toast and spread the grated cheese over it.
Sprinkle some chilli powder and place the toast on a high rack and grill it for 2 minutes.
Remove the toast with melted cheese into a serving plate and slowly place an egg on the toasts.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
