  • 1 - small onion chopped very small
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 8 slices cooked bacon (crispy) or if you're in a hurry you can use a good quality of bacon bits

How To Make holiday or everyday quiche!

  • Step 1
In mixing bowl beat 6 eggs. Add the Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Onion and Evaporated milk
  • Step 2
Place pastry shells on a cookie sheet. (you could also just place the whole mixture in a large deep dish pie shell)
  • Step 3
In each shell place a pinch of cheese and bacon bits (I've also just added 1/2 slice of cooked bacon)
  • Step 4
Over the cheese and bacon bits pour in about 1/4 cup of the egg mixture
  • Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and Enjoy!
