We enjoy these for Christmas Eve and Christmas day breakfast. Sided with Cheese ball & Crackers, Coffee Cake and Orange Juice...This is a great combination!

Ingredients For holiday or everyday quiche!

    eggs
  • 1 c
    sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1
    small onion chopped very small
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 8 slice
    cooked bacon (crispy) or if you're in a hurry you can use a good quality of bacon bits
  • 2 1/4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • salt and pepper
  • 16
    indiviual pastry shells

How To Make holiday or everyday quiche!

    In mixing bowl beat 6 eggs. Add the Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Onion and Evaporated milk
  • 2
    Place pastry shells on a cookie sheet. (you could also just place the whole mixture in a large deep dish pie shell)

    In each shell place a pinch of cheese and bacon bits (I've also just added 1/2 slice of cooked bacon)

    Over the cheese and bacon bits pour in about 1/4 cup of the egg mixture

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and Enjoy!
