How to Make Hills and Dales / baked german pancakes
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Melt butter in a 9"x 13" baking pan.
- While butter is melting, whip eggs until thick.
- Add milk flour and salt to eggs.
- When butter is melted pour batter into pan, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with your choice of fruit preserves, maple syrup, or powdered sugar.
