I received this recipe from my Father inlaw who brought it back from Germany.Everybody I have cooked this for has loved it.

Ingredients
- 9 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk, whole or 2 %
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons butter, unsalted
How To Make hills and dales / baked german pancakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Step 2Melt butter in a 9"x 13" baking pan.

Step 3While butter is melting, whip eggs until thick.

Step 4Add milk flour and salt to eggs.

Step 5When butter is melted pour batter into pan, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6Serve with your choice of fruit preserves, maple syrup, or powdered sugar.
