This recipe is from Traste of Home by Holly Ciani. Tropical flavorful, this pizza puts a rfun spin on breakfast for dinner. Kids love layering on the toppings, and it's a great way to use leftover ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 prebaked 12-inch thin whole wheat pizza crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 3/4 cu cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • salsa and sour cream, optional

How To Make hawaiian breakfast pizza

  • Step 1
    Please crust on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan; set aside.
  • Step 2
    Whisk eggs and pepper; stir into a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook and stir over medium heat until almost set. Transfer to pizza crust. Top with ham and ineapple. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 400 for 9-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.
