- 1 prebaked 12-inch thin whole wheat pizza crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
- 3/4 cu cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- salsa and sour cream, optional

Step 1Please crust on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan; set aside.

Step 2Whisk eggs and pepper; stir into a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook and stir over medium heat until almost set. Transfer to pizza crust. Top with ham and ineapple. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 3Bake at 400 for 9-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.
