HAM n EGG CUPS
They taste wonderful...are encredibly easy to make and clean-up is a breeze!
Instead of looking forward to cleaning up the entire kitchen from a ham n egg breakfast for the family...it's as simple as a quick wash/wipe of the muffin tins and that's it.
My kids LOVED these and it is truely safe & easy enough for them to make their own if you trust them with the oven. I made them with my 14 yr old and he thought it was FUN...so did I :-)
- pieces of ham
- salt & pepper
- sprinkling of cheese
How to Make HAM n EGG CUPS
- 1Use non-stick muffin tins
Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 2Push ham into muffin cups
You don't even have to use deli thin slices..mine was a ham chub that we had the store slice sandwich thin size.
- 4bake 10-12 min. for an egg w/a runny center
bake 15-17 min. for an egg that is cooked thru w/no runny white or yolk
