Ingredients

  • 12 slices ham
  • 12 large eggs
  • 12 slices cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

How To Make ham cups with eggs

  • Step 1
    In a greased muffin pan place ham,cheese.Crack a egg in each cheese slice.Cover each egg with some milk.Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes .Remove and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Step 2
    If using deli ham may have to trim slices to fit up the sides to line muffin cups.Use a medium slice of ham.I used regular sizes muffin tin.
