ham & cheese quiche
Having lived in Europe twice in my lifetime, Quiche was something I had there and it was just so good that I fell somewhat in love. This recipe is amazing! A brunch recipe, or a nice dinner with a salad, you are sure to enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 1 - 9" pie crust
- 2 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 4 ounces sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
How To Make ham & cheese quiche

Step 1Prick pie shell, bake at 400 degrees for 5 min. Prick again and bake 5 more min.

Step 2Combine cheeses and toss with 1 T flour. Put in crust. Mix ham and mustard, throw in pie. Combine remaining, pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Let stand 10 min. Serve.
