Having lived in Europe twice in my lifetime, Quiche was something I had there and it was just so good that I fell somewhat in love. This recipe is amazing! A brunch recipe, or a nice dinner with a salad, you are sure to enjoy it.

  • 1
    9" pie crust
  • 2 oz
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 4 oz
    sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    diced cooked ham
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onion

How to Make Ham & Cheese Quiche


  1. Prick pie shell, bake at 400 degrees for 5 min. Prick again and bake 5 more min.
  2. Combine cheeses and toss with 1 T flour. Put in crust. Mix ham and mustard, throw in pie. Combine remaining, pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Let stand 10 min. Serve.
