Ingredients
- 1 8 inch deep dish pie shell
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk (can use1/2 milk and 1/2 half and half)
- nutmeg (optional)
How To Make ham and cheese brunch quiche

Step 1Using a chilled pie shell, sprinkle ham on the bottom of the pie shell.

Step 2Combine the remaining ingredients, with the exception of the nutmeg, in a blender. Blend until well mixed.

Step 3Pour egg mixture over the ham.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 40 minutes or until the crust is browned and the custard is set. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
