Ingredients

  • 1 8 inch deep dish pie shell
  • 1/2 cup ham, diced
  • 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk (can use1/2 milk and 1/2 half and half)
  • nutmeg (optional)

How To Make ham and cheese brunch quiche

  • Step 1
    Using a chilled pie shell, sprinkle ham on the bottom of the pie shell.
  • Step 2
    Combine the remaining ingredients, with the exception of the nutmeg, in a blender. Blend until well mixed.
  • Step 3
    Pour egg mixture over the ham.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 40 minutes or until the crust is browned and the custard is set. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
