This is an old recipe I have been eating it for about 45-50 yrs. It comes from the El Cortez Restraurant in Las Vegas, Nevada. My grandmother used to work there and I think my mother did too and she is the one who brought this recipe home one day after working as a waitress. She made this for me and my 3 brothers and we all loved it. Well I have made this my whole life and for my 3 kids as well. You can use left over beef stew gravy from a Crockpot recipe, or you can use the left over Beef Aujus Juice from a Crockpot recipe, just add some corn starch to the Beefy Juices to make it thick.
