i used to make this all the time for my son and my friend and myself, its easy and tastes great.

  • ·
    1 can roastbeef hash heated til hot
  • ·
    1 jar chicken gravy heated til hot
  • ·
    4 large eggs blended well
  • ·
    about 1 handful shredded chedder cheese
  • ·
    about 1/2 cup whole milk
  • ·
    1/4 cup chopped ham

How to Make grace's country omlette


  1. in large mixing bowl place eggs add milk, cheese and ham. blend well
  2. pour into small skillet when doneslide out onto plate. add roastbeef hash and fold other side over
  3. now pour gravy over it and serve hot.
  4. u may also use corn beef hash i've used both
