  • 10 medium
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 6
  • 1/4 c
    asparagus, fresh
  • 1/4 stick
  • 1 pkg
    hollandaise sauce
  • 1 pt
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    bacon bits

How to Make goddess eggs


  1. prepare hollandaise sauce according to directions on packet ** cook on low in a small sauce pan careful not to burn sauce
  2. place butter into medium warm pan, swirl until melted
  3. add shrimp and asparagus to pan
  4. sprinkle on minced garlic, salt, pepper and garlic herb seasoning
  5. stir for 2-4 minutes until shrimp is cooked and asparagus is tender
  6. scramble eggs in a bowl, then add to contents of pan
  7. reduce heat to low then slowly fold eggs until cooked
  8. serve on a plate with hollandaise sauce then sprinkle with bacon bits
