10 medium
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 pinch
salt and pepper
1/4 c
asparagus, fresh
1/4 stick
1 pkg
hollandaise sauce
1 pt
garlic and herb seasoning
2 Tbsp
bacon bits

How to Make goddess eggs


  • 1prepare hollandaise sauce according to directions on packet ** cook on low in a small sauce pan careful not to burn sauce
  • 2place butter into medium warm pan, swirl until melted
  • 3add shrimp and asparagus to pan
  • 4sprinkle on minced garlic, salt, pepper and garlic herb seasoning
  • 5stir for 2-4 minutes until shrimp is cooked and asparagus is tender
  • 6scramble eggs in a bowl, then add to contents of pan
  • 7reduce heat to low then slowly fold eggs until cooked
  • 8serve on a plate with hollandaise sauce then sprinkle with bacon bits
