How to Make German Pancakes - Steph

  1. Melt the butter in a 9 x 13" pan in the oven at 350 degrees. B lend eggs for at least two minutes in a blender. Add milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Remove pan with melted butter from oven and pour egg mixture over butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 20 minutes; sides will puff up and top will get lightly browned. Serve with warm syrup. I baked it for approximately 15 minutes. ENJOY!!
