  • 3 large
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1
    green onion, white and green, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How to Make Fritatta


  1. Combine the eggs, water, salt and pepper. Blend well and pour contents into breakfast maker. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover and microwave on high power for 2.5 minutes.
