Fool Proof Hard Cooked Eggs

Robert Simons

Everyone has they're own way to make hard cooked eggs, this is what I have found to work the best.

Note: I have found eggs at least 10 days old work better.

  3. Shut off heat after 3 minutes and cover for ten minutes.
  4. Shake eggs around in pan to crack shells. Add ice to fill up pan and fill with water. Let sit until cooled.
