Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cold butter cut in half
- 1/2 tablespoon creme fraiche
- salt and pepper
How To Make fluffy scrambled eggs

Step 1Crack the eggs into a cold pan. Add 1/2 of the butter and put it on low heat. Whisk the eggs until they start to set then add the remaining butter.

Step 2Keep whisking but don't let the pan get to hot. You want the eggs to be soft and lumpy. When almost done add the creme fraiche and season salt.

Step 3Remove from heat while they are still lumpy and soft. Place on plate and season with pepper.
