Ingredients

1 lb
bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
4 oz
mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c
green onions, sliced
2 medium
fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 c
mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 c
buttermilk biscuit mix - like bisquick
12
eggs
1 c
milk
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
oregano

Step-By-Step

1Layer the sausage, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and cheese in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
2Beat together the remaining ingredients; Pour over sausage mixture.
3Cook, uncovered in a 350 degree oven until golden brown and set; about 30 minutes.
4Cut into 12 3-inch squares.
