Ingredients

  • 1
    deep dish pie shell
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    half & half
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2-3 c
    shredded cheese- your choice: cheddar, muenster, pepper jack, use your imagination!
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • ·
    garlic power to taste

How to Make Fast & Easy Anything Quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. In large mixing bowl beat 2 eggs,half & half and mayo. Add cheese, salt & pepper and garlic powder and mix well. In pie shell place desired filling (possibilities are endless: asparagus, cooked meat, bacon, crab meat, onions.....) pour above ingredients over filling and bake at 350 one hour.
