How to Make Eggs in Pepper Cups


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Slice the tops off peppers and clear out stems and seeds. Level so "cups" sit evenly. Place on baking sheet.
  3. Crack an egg into each "cup" and top with a tablespoon of cream. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes, until yolks are are still a little runny, but whites are set.
  5. Sprinkle any herbs you like and serve.
