Ingredients
- 4 - multicolored peppers
- 4 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream
- - salt and pepper
How To Make eggs in pepper cups

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Slice the tops off peppers and clear out stems and seeds. Level so "cups" sit evenly. Place on baking sheet.

Step 3Crack an egg into each "cup" and top with a tablespoon of cream. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Bake for about 15 minutes, until yolks are are still a little runny, but whites are set.

Step 5Sprinkle any herbs you like and serve.
