fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c
sour cream
1 Tbsp
green onions, chopped
1 lb
bacon, cooked and crumbled
whole button mushrooms

How to Make Eggs a La Wedgewood


  • 1In a large skillet scramble the eggs with the parsley and nutmeg.
  • 2In a 9 inch square baking dish layer the scrambled eggs, salt and pepper to taste, sour cream, green onions, bacon pieces, mushrooms and cheddar cheese.
  • 3Refrigerate the casserole overnight.
  • 4Bake in a 300 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • 5Do not overbake.
