Ingredients

  • 12 - eggs
  • 3 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 - whole button mushrooms

How To Make eggs a la wedgewood

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet scramble the eggs with the parsley and nutmeg.
  • Step 2
    In a 9 inch square baking dish layer the scrambled eggs, salt and pepper to taste, sour cream, green onions, bacon pieces, mushrooms and cheddar cheese.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate the casserole overnight.
  • Step 4
    Bake in a 300 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Step 5
    Do not overbake.
