Ingredients
- 12 - eggs
- 3 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 12 - whole button mushrooms
How To Make eggs a la wedgewood

Step 1In a large skillet scramble the eggs with the parsley and nutmeg.

Step 2In a 9 inch square baking dish layer the scrambled eggs, salt and pepper to taste, sour cream, green onions, bacon pieces, mushrooms and cheddar cheese.

Step 3Refrigerate the casserole overnight.

Step 4Bake in a 300 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

Step 5Do not overbake.
